Discount Terms

The discount is provided on all ‘do-and-charge’ service provision, to registered Real Estate Agent & Strata Management clients for the first three months of engagement.

The discount is shown on the works invoice as a deduction to the total cost of the works unless a statement discount is arranged prior with our office.

We are unable to apply the discount to quoted works as these prices are already pitched and guaranteed to be as competitive as possible in the marketplace.
