At Bratts Handimen & Security we strive to deliver the best possible Handyman Services at the most economic cost.

Our charges are based upon on-site local service and include our costs for travelling to your location. You’ll only pay once for the call to site and then for any additional labour and materials as required. All our Rates are EXCLUSIVE of GST.

Service Call Fee:

$110.00 and includes: the first half hour on site, within 20kms of Manly, or the first half hour of travel time to other areas

Labour Rates: 

$90 per hour, charged in half hour segments

Materials:

At Cost plus 40% margin, receipts will be provided on request

We also offer Day Rates: $740 and Half Day Rates: $450 for those larger jobs. Please call or email us for Terms and Conditions on these special rates.

Our Office Hours of business are: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Our On-Site Hours of business are: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm

We Do Offer an Out of Hours Service, for Urgent, Essential and Emergency works

Out of Hours or Emergency Service Call Fee:

$160.00 includes: the first half hour on site, within 20kms of Manly, or the first half hour of travel time to other areas

Out of Hours or Emergency Labour Rates: 

$140 per hour, charged in half hour segments

Materials, if required, as above

We accept Payment by Cash, Cheque and Direct Deposit.

PayPal, MasterCard and Visa payments are also available but are subject to a 4% surcharge on the total works cost.
